2018 Chicago Holiday Parties at Creativo Loft

Creativo Loft is a unique holiday party venue for gatherings up to 96 seated or 120 standing. Our classic loft space is centrally located at the intersection of Chicago/Milwaukee, right upstairs from the CTA Blue Line, and easily accessible by taxis or ride shares.

For our remaining 2018-2019 November, December, January and February winter season, our holiday party venue rental rate starts at $3000 for seated or $2500 for standing, including event rentals for up to 50 people and onsite venue director will set-up and manager your event.

For a classic all-inclusive holiday party package, we suggest Simply Sweet Holiday, featuring a classic catered buffet, sweets table, flowers, votive candles, holiday music playlist, and your choice of colors for classic linens and napkins.

Creativo Loft Simply Sweet Holiday Party Package: Starting at $5600

• CREATIVO LOFT private venue rental -- 4 hours party

• venue event director Sarah will be on-site to set-up and manage your event from start to finish

• event rentals - banquet rounds, classic linens, white padded chairs,

classic ivory dinnerware, champagne and wine glasses, silver flatware, silver or gold sweets stands

• flowers - medium centerpieces, 6 to 8 inch high

• votive candles - silver, gold or clear heirloom glass

• music - sound system programmed with holiday/seasonal playlist

• BYOB - champagne and wine permitted

• beverages - lemonade, iced tea, assorted sodas

• sweets table - assorted pastries, cookies and brownies

• catered classic buffet is included - 3 entrées, 2 hot sides, salad and dinner rolls

entrées: chicken breast parmesan, sliced roast beef, baked pasta alfredo

sides: mashed potatoes, green beans almondine, garden tossed salad

$5600 - starting rate for group size up to 40

$8800 - with photographer, balloons, and string lights
