VENUE RENTAL STARTING RATES

As a "raw" loft space our venue rental fees are based on amount of event time, group size, and inclusion of tables, chairs, linens and napkins, unless otherwise noted.  Catering is not included in the fees, and must be arranged separately with a professionally licensed and insured outside caterer. See the Professionals page for recommended caterers to contact for separate estimates. Negotiation of fees may be considered by request.

$5500

  • Wedding or Banquet with 60 to 84 guests, up to 7 hours event time, set-up and clearing time up to 5 hours. SEATING CAPACITY  74 WITH DANCING -- 84 WITHOUT DANCING.
  • Includes rentals of up to seven 72-inch SQUARE banquet tables, catering/DJ/misc. 6-ft tables as needed, linens and napkins in your choice of colors, and white wood padded chairs. Custom and/or upgrade rentals are available with supplemental fees.
  • The venue event director will be on-site the entire time and will set-up your standard event decor items. Prior to event day she will communicate the schedule and logistics with your vendors. Main entrance door greeter and pre/post cleaning crew, as well as optional use of venue ceremony altar and music sound system are also included.

  • Wedding or Banquet with up to 60 guests, up to 7 hours event time, set-up and clearing time up to 5 hours. 
  • Includes rentals of up to six 72-inch ROUND banquet tables or five 72-inch SQUARE, catering/DJ/misc. 6-ft tables as needed, linens and napkins in your choice of colors, and white wood padded chairs. Custom and/or upgrade rentals are available with supplemental fees.
  • The venue event director will be on-site the entire time and will set-up your standard event decor items. Prior to event day she will communicate the schedule and logistics with your vendors. Main entrance door greeter and pre/post cleaning crew, as well as optional use of venue ceremony altar and music sound system are also included.

  • Wedding or Banquet with up to 50 guests, up to 5 hours event time, set- and clearing time up to 4 hours.
  • Includes rentals of up to five 72-inch ROUND banquet tables or four 72-inch SQUARE, catering/DJ/misc. 6-ft tables as needed, classic linens and napkins in your choice of colors, and white wood padded chairs. Custom and/or upgrade rentals are available with supplemental fees.
  • The venue event director will be on-site the entire time and will set-up your standard event decor items. Prior to event day she will communicate the schedule and logistics with your vendors. Main entrance door greeter and pre/post cleaning crew, as well as optional use of venue ceremony altar and music sound system are also included.

  • Seated Banquet with up to 50 guests, up to 4 hours event time, set-up and clearing time up to 3 hours.
  • Includes rentals of up to five 72-inch ROUND banquet tables, catering/DJ/misc 6-ft tables as needed, classic linens and napkins in your choice of colors, and white wood padded chairs. Custom and/or upgrade rentals are available with supplemental fees.
  • The venue event director will be on-site the entire time and will set-up your standard event decor items. Prior to event day she will communicate the schedule and logistics with your vendors. Main entrance door greeter and pre/post cleaning crew, as well as optional use of venue ceremony altar and music sound system are also included.

  • Seated Banquet with up to 40 guests, up to 3 hours event time, set-up and clearing time up to 3 hours.
  • Includes rentals of 6-foot RECTANGLE banquet tables, catering tables, classic linens and napkins in your choice of colors, and white wood padded chairs. Additional, custom and/or upgrade rentals are available with supplemental fees.
  • The venue event director will be on-site the entire time and will set-up your standard event decor items. Prior to event day she will communicate the schedule and logistics with your vendors. Main entrance door greeter and pre/post cleaning crew, as well as optional use of venue ceremony altar and music sound system are also included.

OR

  • Standing Room "Cocktail Party" with up to 120 guests, up to 3 hours event time, up to 3 hours set-up and clearing time.
  • Rentals are not included, and may be added on with supplemental fees, or your caterer may bring high-boy tables and linens.
  • Venue event director, main entrance door greeter, pre/post cleaning crew, and optional use of music sound system are included.
  • This is also our minimum rate for ceremony-only bookings (plus additional chair rental fees - maximum capacity for ceremony-only is 112 chairs).

"Classic Elopement" packages for couples start at $800 on weekdays or $1100 on weekends.  See the Services page for more information.
