VENUE RENTAL STARTING RATES

As a "raw" loft space our venue rental fees are based on amount of event time, group size, and inclusion of tables, chairs, linens and napkins, unless otherwise noted.  Catering is not included in the fees, and must be arranged separately with a professionally licensed and insured outside caterer. See the Professionals page for recommended caterers to contact for separate estimates. Negotiation of fees may be considered by request.

$5500

  • Banquet Wedding Ceremony and Reception with 60 to 74 guests, up to 7 hours event time, set-up and clearing time up to 5 hours. SEATING CAPACITY 74 WITH DANCING

  • Includes rentals of up to seven 72-inch SQUARE banquet tables, catering/DJ/misc. 6-ft tables as needed, linens and napkins in your choice of colors, and white wood padded chairs. Custom and/or upgrade rentals are available with supplemental fees.

  • The venue event director will be on-site the entire time and will set-up your standard event decor items. Prior to event day she will communicate the schedule and logistics with your vendors, and schedule an optional walk-through meeting. Main entrance door greeter and pre/post event cleaning crew are also included.

  • Optionally included: ceremony altar 8x8 foot ribbon backdrop (or alternate use), music sound system, ceremony officiant, card box (several options), ring bearer pillow, flower girl baskets (2), votive candles (36 gold, silver or clear glass), cake stands and cake cutting sets (gold or silver), and standard table numbers. Or, see our all-inclusive custom service packages.

  • This is also our rate for non-wedding banquets seating for 70 to 96 people — without dancing — such as rehearsal dinners or other gatherings, including rentals of tables, chairs, and linens.

  • Includes rentals of up to six 72-inch ROUND banquet tables or five 72-inch SQUARE, catering/DJ/misc. 6-ft tables as needed, linens and napkins in your choice of colors, and white wood padded chairs. Custom and/or upgrade rentals are available with supplemental fees.

  • The venue event director will be on-site the entire time and will set-up your standard event decor items. Prior to event day she will communicate the schedule and logistics with your vendors.   • Includes rentals of 6-foot RECTANGLE banquet tables, catering tables, classic linens and napkins in your choice of colors, and white wood padded chairs. Additional, custom and/or upgrade rentals are available with supplemental fees.

  • The venue event director will be on-site the entire time and will set-up your standard event decor items. Prior to event day she will communicate the schedule and logistics with your vendors. Main entrance door greeter and pre/post cleaning crew, as well as optional use of venue ceremony altar and music sound system are also included.

$2500

  • Standing Room "Cocktail Party" with up to 120 guests, up to 3 hours event time, up to 3 hours set-up and clean-up time.

  • Rentals are not included with this rate, and may be added on with supplemental fees, or your caterer may bring high-boy tables and linens.

  • Venue event director, main entrance door greeter, pre/post cleaning, and optional use of music sound system are included.

  • This is also our minimum rate for Saturday ceremony-only bookings (plus additional chair rental fees - maximum capacity for ceremony-only is 112 chairs).


Elopements

"Classic Elopement" packages for couples start at $800 on weekdays or $1100 on weekends. Up to 8 guests max may attend with additional fees. See the Services page for more information.

"Group Elopement" officiated ceremony and photography packages start at $2500 (minimum on Saturdays and holidays) for up to 30 guests max. Reduced rates are available on weekdays and Sundays, or for smaller groups. 

"Microweddings" with all-inclusive services, including catering, start at $6300 for 20 or $6800 for 30. See the Services page for more information.
